Sun KIM

Sun KIM is a sculptor based in Busan, South Korea. His sculpture mainly focused on humanized animals, which reflects the artist himself.

Recent series, holding a painting, contains worldwide famous artists' paintings such as Jean-Michel Basquiat and Vincent Van Gogh. Also, his sculpture always has some other objects like a bird, a tree, a duck, and a flower, which could be friends of the main figure and atmosphere.

In 2009, Kim unveils his new series "Red Window" through the first solo exhibition in the USA. The red window is the same as the wardrobe in the movie "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe". Once you get through the red window, you will see the new magic world as we all dreamed.
